Upgrade Billing Plan of Licenses

You can purchase more licenses or switch from a monthly to an annual billing cycle at any time. Confirmed payment of the prorated amount upgrades your account immediately.

Purchase more licenses

Note:
  • Only the Account Owner or Admin can upgrade a subscription.
  • Subscription upgrade does NOT require subscription cancellation.
  • The Upgrade button only appears when you have purchased at least one license. See Purchase Katalon License.

To add more licenses to your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Katalon TestOps and select the desired Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription Management.
  3. In the Additional Subscription section, locate the license you want to purchase, then click option > Upgrade.

    Note:
    • You can only upgrade a single license type at a time.
  4. In the checkout page, adjust the total number of licenses. Apply discount code, if any.

  5. Fill in or update your billing information, then click Checkout.

Successful payment will immediately change your subscription.

Upgrade to an annual billing cycle

Note:

Only monthly subscriptions can be upgraded to annual ones.

To upgrade to an annual billing cycle, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Katalon TestOps and select the desired Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription Management
  3. In the Additional Subscription section, locate the license you want to upgrade, then click option > Upgrade.

  4. In the checkout page, switch the billing cycle from monthly to annual. Apply discount code, if any.

  5. Fill in or update your billing information, then click Checkout.

Successful payment will immediately change your subscription.
