Upgrade TestCloud subscriptions

You can upgrade your subscription at any time if you want to increase the number of parallel sessions or switch from a monthly to an annual billing cycle.

Important:

  • You must be the Owner or Billing Manager of your Katalon Platform Account to upgrade. Learn more about roles and permissions at Roles and permissions.

Purchase more TestCloud sessions​

  1. Sign in to Katalon TestOps and select your desired Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription Management.
  3. In the Get more single products section, locate Katalon TestCloud subscription then fill in the total number of additional sessions you want to purchase.

  4. Click Checkout. You are redirected to the checkout page.
  5. Fill in and update the required information for billing and payment method (if needed), then click Checkout to completed your purchase.

Upgrade to an annual billing cycle​

Note:
  • You cannot change your annual subscription back to a monthly one.
  • You can only subscribe monthly again once your annual subscription has ended.

Follow these steps to upgrade to an annual billing cycle.

  1. Sign in to Katalon TestOps and select your desired Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription Management.
    The Subscription Management page appears.
  3. In the Get more single products section, locate your monthly Katalon TestCloud subscription.

  4. Switch the billing cycle from Monthly to Annual then click Checkout.
  5. Fill in or update the required information for billing and payment method (if needed), then click Checkout to completed your purchase.
