Subscribe to TestCloud

You are automatically entitled for a 30-day free trial of TestCloud once you have created a TestOps organization. See: TestCloud Trial.

After a 30-day trial, you can subscribe to Katalon TestCloud in one of the following ways:

• Via Katalon website

• Via Katalon TestOps homepage

Important:

• You have created a Katalon account.

• You must be the Owner or Billing Manager of your Katalon Organization. Learn more about roles and permissions at Roles and permissions.

Via Katalon website

For users who have one organization

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Katalon Pricing page.

2. Click on the TestCloud tab.

3. Select a plan.

   • If you choose TestCloud Per Session, choose Monthly/Annual and input the desired number of sessions. Katalon will do the billing calculation for you. Click Buy Now.

     
     
     

   • If you want to find out which options are the most cost-effective for your teams, scroll down to the Estimate Your Price section, choose Plan, Billing cycle, then adjust the tier or input the number of sessions you want to purchase. Once decided, click Buy Now.

     
     
     

4. Sign in with your Katalon account if you haven't done so. You will be redirected to the Katalon TestOps homepage, fill out the billing information and payment method, then click Checkout to finish.

For users who have multiple organizations

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Katalon Pricing page.

2. Click on the TestCloud tab.

3. Select a plan.

   • If you choose TestCloud Per Session, choose Monthly/Annual and input the desired number of sessions. Katalon will do the billing calculation for you. Click Buy Now.

   • If you want to find out which options are the most cost-effective for your teams, scroll down to the Estimate Your Price section, choose Plan, Billing cycle, then adjust the tier or input the number of sessions you want to purchase. Once done, click Buy Now.

4. Sign in with your Katalon account if you haven't done so. You will be redirected to the Katalon TestOps homepage, select the organization you want, fill out the billing information and payment method, then click Checkout to finish.

Via Katalon TestOps homepage

Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Katalon TestOps and go to your Organization.

2. Go to Settings > Subscription Management.

3. In the Subscription Management section on the left sidebar, select TestCloud.

   The TestCloud Subscription page appears as follows.

   
   
   

4. Select a plan.

   • If you choose TestCloud Per Session:

     • Click Subscribe, choose the Billing cycle, and adjust No. of sessions. Katalon will do the billing calculation for you.

     • Fill in the required information in the Billing Information and Payment Method sections, then click Checkout.

       
       
       

   • If you want to request a custom plan, click Contact Sales to send us a subscription request.

   Note:

   • You can only subscribe to one plan at a time. You cannot use a different plan until the expiry date of the current plan.
   • If you want to switch to a different plan, cancel the current plan first, then purchase a new plan once the current plan expires.

View TestCloud subscriptions

Once you have successfully subscribed to Katalon TestCloud, you can view your subscriptions on the TestCloud Subscriptions page.

Subscription renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew on the expiry date, and you will not be charged if you cancel your subscription before that day.
