Katalon License Subscription

There are four ways to subscribe to Katalon licenses:
After successfully subscribing to a Katalon license, please make sure to re-activate your Katalon account to begin using the purchased license.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed on the specified day included in your Order Confirmation email. You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription prior to that day.
Upgrade Your Subscription
To upgrade your subscription:
- Log in to Katalon TestOps.
- Select your Organization > Subscription. Only the Owner and Billing Manager can access the Subscription view.
- Click Upgrade to modify the number of licenses or switch to annual billing.
Please be noted that you can only increase the total number of licenses purchased and upgrade from monthly to a yearly subscription, NOT vice versa.
- Make your payment.
Note: License upgrade does NOT require subscription cancellation. You'll receive a refund for the remaining credits of your subscription.
View and Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your account on Katalon Store.
- My Account > Orders to view your subscription's details.
- In the Status tab, you can view your order history or cancel the subscription.
Note: Subscription cancellation does NOT issue a refund. You still continue using the remaining subscription you have already purchased.
