Edit your custom domain

• You must have configured a subdomain.

• Make sure you are an Account Admin or possess the relevant permissions. Go to roles or permissions for more information or learn how to assign an Account Admin here.

You can change your subdomain name within the General tab in System.

1. Go to Admin > System. The General tab appears by default.
2. Navigate to the section labeled Custom Domain and SSO (Single Sign-On).
3. Click on the text box under the label Custom Domain. Enter your desired value that falls within the following parameters:

   • Limit it to 63 characters

   • Use a-z letters in any casing

   • Use numbers 0-9

   • Use a hyphen but never twice consecutively

4. Click Save changes.

You have changed your subdomain name successfully.
