Enable or disable AI features

• Make sure you are an Account Admin or possess the relevant permissions. Go to roles or permissions for more information or learn how to assign an Account Admin here.

Katalon offers certain features powered by third-party generative AI to enhance your experience with test authoring, execution, and test operations management. This includes StudioAssist and Virtual Data Analyst, both of which are designed to streamline your workflow and improve efficiency.

By default, these features are disabled to respect user policies that may restrict the use of external AI, though they can be enabled at any time. This can be done in Admin > System > General.

1. Go to Admin > System. The General tab appears by default.
2. Toggle Enable third party AI features (OpenAI and Azure) across your account.
