Unable to log in or activate Katalon Studio
There are a few possible reasons why you are unable to log in or activate Katalon Studio. Refer to the following reasons and solutions below.
Mixing paid products and free Studio within an account is not permitted in our Terms of Use. Contact your Katalon Admin/Account Owner if you need to purchase a license.
This happens when you are a Katalon Studio free user who belongs to an Account with paid Katalon products, which is not permitted due to the Free Offerings term in Terms of Use. You then will be blocked from using free Katalon Studio.
If you need to continue to use Katalon Studio, contact your Organization Owner/Admin to assign you a paid KSE license.
If you no longer need to use Katalon Studio, you can stop using the free Studio license.

Your trial has expired. Please ask your Administrator to assign a Katalon Studio Enterprise license or download the free package of Katalon Studio to continue.
This happens when your trial plan has expired but you are still using the Katalon Studio Enterprise edition.

From Katalon Studio version 9.3.0 onwards, we provide a new login SAML approach. Upon clicking Log in from browsers, you are directed to a new URL with the local server 127.0.0.1
