Resend invitation to a user

If the invitation link expires and the user hasn't accepted it, you can resend the invitation.
  1. Go to Admin > Organization and select the User Management tab.
  2. Locate the user with the Pending status.
    1. Hover at far right end of that user's row.
    2. Click Resend invitation or Copy invitation link.
  3. Alternatively, select the user to go to the User Detail page.
    1. Click the three-dot menu.
    2. Select Resend invitation or Copy invitation link to prompt the action.
A dialog pops up to notify you that the invitation was resent or copied successfully.
