View User directory

This document shows you how you can view users or filter for specific people in your account.

• Make sure you are an Account Admin or possess the relevant permissions. Go to roles or permissions for more information or learn how to assign an Account Admin here.

View users via the User Management tab within your Account.

1. Go to Admin > Organization. The Organization Management tab appears by default.
2. Click on the User Management tab.
   The user directory appears with all users in a list.
3. Optionally, you could add filters to search for a specific user more easily. You can do any of the following:
   • Input their name or email into the search bar
   • Filter for the Licenses they have.
   • Filter for the Organization they belong to
   • Filter for the Projects they are working on
   • Filter for their status in the Account: active, pending, or inactive
   • Click on Reset Filter to remove search filters

   

The user directory immediately displays a list of users based on your chosen parameters.
