Enable Test Execution - Cloud integration in Katalon Studio

Requirements

• You have an active Test Execution - Cloud license or trial.
• You have an active Katalon Studio license.

This document shows you how to set up Test Execution - Cloud integration in Katalon Studio.

1. In Katalon Studio main toolbar, click the Katalon button.

   

   Alternatively, you can go to Project > Settings > Katalon Platform to access the settings.

2. Tick the Enable Katalon Platform Integration and Enable Test Execution - Cloud Integration checkboxes.Additionally, you can enable the new Test Execution - Cloud Hub for better test execution performance.

   

   Once the connection is successful, you should see the message "Integrate with Test Execution - Cloud successfully!".

3. Choose your Project from the dropdown menu of the Organization you belong to.

   If you want to execute tests in Test Execution - Cloud environment, you need to choose the Organization that has an active Test Execution - Cloud subscription or trial.

4. Click Apply & Close.

Result

You can start running tests in Test Execution - Cloud environments: desktop browsers, mobile browsers, or mobile native apps depending on your subscription.

License known behavior

• An account needs at least 1 TestOps full license to enable the project for Test Execution - Cloud integration.
• In case your account doesn’t have a TestOps full license, please contact Katalon Support Team to grant you one.
