You encounter a Please make sure your credentials are valid message when activating Katalon Studio Enterprise (KSE). Please make sure your credentials are valid message when activating Katalon Studio Enterprise (KSE).

This may be because of either of the following, but not limited to:

  1. Your credentials are incorrect.

  2. You cannot access the authentication domains due to the client network has blocked it.

You may perform either or all of the following remedies:

  1. Perform a password reset on your Katalon account and try logging in again with your new credentials. See the password reset instructions in this topic: Please verify your account to continue (your account has been blocked).
  2. If you are using an internal network, access your Katalon.com account on a 3G/4G public network.

    You may also try entering your user credentials using any of the following domains:

    Should any of them work, ask your network administrator or ISP to whitelist the listed domains. For more information, see the following topic: Katalon IP whitelist.
  3. Check if you are accessing and encountering the user credentials error message on a proxy server.
